RETURN
If for some reason, you are unsure of the product and you wish to return it you can do that within the 10 days of purchase.
How to Return?
- Return is a simple two step process-
- Click a picture of your product (incase there is a defect or issue make sure you capture this in a photograph or video).
Mail us at these photos along with a copy of your invoice and reason for return.
Once you have mailed us, we will arrange a reverse pickup.(we can only initiate a refund once we receive the returned items from the customer.)
*There will be a little delay during the pick-up process and may take up to 7 days. Once the item is received at the warehouse, there will be a quality check of the product.
After passing the criteria for product replacement, we will replace the product. Kindly bear with us while we try to provide the service as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience
Exchange
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a product exchange policy. You may exchange your product within 10 days of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging. You must also have a valid proof of purchase.
To initiate a product exchange, please contact our customer service team by email or WhatsApp us, and provide your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your product and receive a replacement.
Our policy does not allow exchanges for products that have been damaged or altered by the customer. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your exchange request as quickly as possible. If the product you are exchanging for is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.
*Please Note: You can exchange only for a similar product, but it may be any variant. Missing items issue to be notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
